Totchos

Description

Crispy tots and melty cheese piled high with pulled pork and cheese, finished with Feedlot Trailblazer and Gold Rush, make the ultimate game day food. Loaded with layers of hearty toppings and big flavour, these pulled pork totchos are made for sharing while you watch the action.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag of tater tots / potato gems
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (blend of cheddar, jack, mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup pulled pork (recipe here)

Method

  • Cook tots per instructions on the bag.
  • Top with a generous amount of pulled pork and cheese.
  • Place tray back in oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Top with remaining ingredients and drizzle with The Feedlot Trailblazer and/or Gold Rush.

Hot Tip

Not bold enough?  Try adding diced crispy bacon, your favourite hot sauce, some fresh Mexican style crema sauce or jalapeños.
