Are your seasonings and sauces gluten free?

Yes, all of our ingredients are naturally gluten free.


Do you use MSG?

No way! We use porcini mushroom powder instead.


Are these products safe for peanut allergies?

Absolutely! We don’t use any peanuts or peanut based products.


Is the Killa / Feedlot beef jerky gluten free?

Yes, the marinades and rubs are all gluten free.



How should I store the rubs and seasonings?

Store your products in a cool, dry and dark place away from humidity and sunlight.


How should I store my BBQ sauce?

Before opening, they’re fine to sit in your pantry but once opened, they need to be refrigerated.


How should I store my leftover beef jerky?

If you have any left, just zip the bag and toss it in the pantry. Be sure to consume within 7-10 days


What should I do if my rubs clump?

Any sugar based rubs will clump, at least a little bit and, because we don’t want to use any artificial chemicals, it is just something we have to accept about our formulations. Rest assured the rubs haven’t gone ‘off” Just grab a fork and break it up.

If clumping persists, try storing in a plastic container in the fridge.



How long until I receive my order?

We usually ship next day and Australia Post runs between 2-5 days depending on the delivery location.


Do you offer express shipping?

We aren’t set up to offer express shipping through the website just yet. If you need something urgently, please use the contact us form on the website and reference your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Do you ship internationally?

YES! Our shipping is currently open to New Zealand and the USA. All products will appear in AUD but the charge you see on your statement will convert to your local currency.


Is local pickup available?

We offer a local pickup service for those close to the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We will package up your order and place it in a collection box so there’s no need to coordinate pickup times with us directly. You will be notified via the website when your order is ready for collection.


Do you offer gift wrap?

Not at this time but we do use hamper style packaging for our product bundles.


What if my product arrives damaged?

Easy, just contact us and give us the details of the damage.


Do you offer tracking details?

YES! AusPost provides tracking numbers which are provided when your order is fulfilled.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We sure do! Just make sure your box is large enough for the parcel.
