Description: Smoked shredded duck in a tortilla with all the goodies on top? Yes please! Crossing over cuisines is one of our favourite things especially when it involves building a taco. Give these succulent guys a go!! They are a guaranteed crowd pleaser for your next dinner or gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole fresh duck
- 1 tbsp plum sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic

- 2 cups apple juice
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- Once finished, let the duck cool and shred to desire texture.
- Place meat on your tortilla and add your favourite toppings. We like to top our duck taco with pickle daikon, cilantro, spring onion and either a hoisin or plum sauce.
