The Texan

You’ve made a great choice ordering The Texan! You might be wondering what makes it so special? Head chef, Joel and his vision for a big burger was made complete with the addition of The Feedlot Black Angus. Made right here in the Northern Beaches From 'Texan Aussies', Black Angus is rich and earthy, adding a depth of flavour and character to this monster burger. Joel’s also using our, soon to be released, Barnyard Brew BBQ Sauce. This espresso based sauce is like none other and works perfectly to balance out the rich flavours of the meat.
